We’re a family business based in Bury St Edmunds – a regional developer with more than 20 years’ experience of building homes in East Anglia. As a result, we have strong links with local authorities, planning consultants, experienced architects, designers and engineers, delivering streamlined projects that finish on time and on budget.

With exceptional staff and our own investment company, we blend the agility and expertise of an established family business with the financial clout of a larger developer.

Every house we develop is a unique masterpiece. We don’t have house types – we individually design each home to suit the surrounding landscape and your requirements. We source traditional finishes to complement modern construction techniques, building energy efficient homes with an abundance of character.

We adhere to NHBC and LABC and all of our homes are constructed to Environmental Codes 3, 4 and 5.
