Hartog Hutton are continuing their growth with the successful planning application and site purchase of this wonderful development for 25 homes, nestled behind the High St in the Suffolk village of Lavenham.

We are perhaps biased – but with the low density, variety of homes with individual designs, and coupled with the incredible location – this must be one of the most exciting sites in East Anglia.

Construction has commenced in earnest with completion of the homes due over the course of 2023.
